Big Dong missile

Well, well, well...it appears that North Korea has an ICBM...is anyone with any brain capacity at all surprised by this??? Didn't a past US President make a nice treaty with them that precluded any bad behavior if we sent food and other material to them in the late nineties???
Now the current dolt in the Oval Office tells us it's ok, cuz their nukes are too crude and heavy to be placed on top of an ICBM...sure...FOR NOW...what about next year??? Or in five years???
